The cast and crew of Deet n Bax Save the World got a long awaited rest after many long days of filming. The well oiled machine picture wrapped on November 4th at the Portland, Oregon location where most of the movie was filmed. TruEarth Entertainment is producing the new stoner comedy starring Jason Mewes, Craig Michaelson and Weston Cage among other L.A. artist and local talent. Director Diablo Dean (Co-Founder of TruEarth Entertainment) told WadNews that they are now on the long road of editing, special effects and score before the movie is ready for the public. The company is planning for an April 2015 Premiere in the greater Portland Vancouver area.
The cast and crew of Deet n Bax was a mix of local and L.A. talent and very skilled crew. “It was amazing the cohesiveness I saw around the set every day and the work that was done both behind and in front of the camera was so impressive it kept me motivated and positive that we were going to have an amazing movie.” Said Alan Espasandin, Executive Producer and Co-Founder of TruEarth Entertainment.
